The Bo-Ho Look
First up is the most common, most consistent and most desirable look of every festival season: the BOHO look.
Inspired by Coachella, this is a look that can be either nailed or failed- there's no in between!
Unfortunately it's usually failed:
-For one, after a night of camping in a roasting hot tent, your hair guaranteed to feel and hang like a greasy mop of straw by day 2 rather than being the volumtious, gorgeous beachy waves you dream of.
-And, for two, even if a floppy hat suited my little pea-head, there's no way you could wear it in a massive crowd packed like sardines without it being crowd surfed off of your head!
But even though we all know this, we still try and add at least one Bo-Ho look into the festival packing list, in the hope that this year one we nail the chic.

The Iridescent Glitter ball Look
Next up we have the wannabe disco ball look, where the aim is to cover yourself in soo much glitter and sequins that you could genuinely have been an extra shiny on "The Shiny Show" (LOL, who remembers that show?!)
This look appears to be the most popular this year, mostly thanks to Primark opening a festival section that makes you feel like you have walked into a sequiny mirror maze... But I'm not complaining- anything glitter and I'm down 100%!

The Neon Look
The Neon look is another classic, making you look super tanned and about 13 years old... JOKING!
We have all been there, trying to clash as many neon colours in so you glow like a firefly in the UV Disco, and hurt everyone's eyes around you when you reflect the sun back at them.
The best bit about a Neon Look is the face paint, which you basically put everywhere but your face, and it also gets everywhere and doesn't wash out- But at a festival WHO CARES if your favourite shorts are going to forever have your friends fluorescent green hand print on the bum... you just care afterwards- WHOOPS!

The Clueless Look
No, I don't mean you look like you don't have a clue what's going on, although that is my permanent expression when I am stuck behind someone tall in a festival crowd *angry emoji*.
I mean the absolute classic 90s Chic Flick that literally every single teen girl has seen OFC! This is another new popular one this year as the plaid co-ords and mini skirts seem to be coming back into fashion, and I couldn't be more excited. Plus, I have already seen so many bright stripey jumpsuits and trousers, copying the 70/80s Mamma Mia 2 throwback fashion, and I'm loving it!
So how does this tie into Festival Fashion then?
Well; bright colours- tick, co-ord- tick, chic dress-up that makes you look more put together than you are- tick... It couldn't be a more perfect festival look!

The Barbie Look
With any opportunity to dress up, ofc we are gonna want to be Barbie!
Finally, at a festival, you can use the bright pink and blue eyeshadow once again- which you haven't used since the year 7 school disco.. Not the best look back then..
You even get to wear pink from head to toe, which couldn't be more perfect if you ask me!

And even if you cant quite achieve the impossible physique, or the bleach blonde voluminous hair, just:

The Edgy, Alternative Look
As with any edgy look, this one can be taken a number of different ways. For starters, there's the gothic, black-everything way, with the lace up black boots and the oversized T-Shirt- this look is definitely not one for me, but one which works well on the people it suits.
Alternatively, another alternative look (haha see what I did there) is the skater chic/ sporty vibe, with a denim or sports jacket, a cap and some trainers. And I have got to tell you, I love this tomboy fashion and if nothing else, it's so practical at a festival.
